9. Your results will also be emailed to you, so make sure your email address is correct.

11. The timer will begin as soon as you log in. The pop-up window that says you have "1 hour" to Complete the test DOES NOT PREVENT the clock from starting. In other words, not clicking on the "OK" button will have NO EFFECT on delaying the timer. A timer will count-down in the upper right hand corner of the test, letting you know your remaining time.

13. If you do not pass the test, or if you fail to complete the test within the time frame (and do not pass), you have the option of re-taking the test by paying a $45 re-test fee. You will be provide a sign up form at the end of the exam in the case that you do not receive a 75% score.

14. Upon successful completion of the test, you will get an Instant certification that you can print and save. A formal certificate will be issued, signed and sealed by EAI and mailed to your mailing address within 5-7 business days.

The Test is proprietary to the Energy Audit Institute, who retains exclusive title to and ownership of the copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Test. These rights are protected by the national and state copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and international treaty provisions, including without limitation the Universal Copyright Convention and the Berne Copyright Convention. You have no ownership rights in the Test. Except as expressly set forth herein, no part of the Test may be modified, copied, or distributed in hard copy or machine-readable form without prior written consent from Energy Audit Institute. All rights not expressly granted to you herein are expressly reserved by Energy Audit Institute. Any other use of the Test by any person or entity is strictly prohibited and a violation of this Agreement. You agree that if you violate any of the terms of use, you will be responsible for any and all direct and in-direct damages to Energy Audit Institute.

Energy Audit Institute is granting you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to take the Test, in part or in whole. You have a limited right to use this test for the sole purpose of seeking to test your knowledge of the Energy Audit Institute training materials and to qualify for Certification by Energy Audit Institute. No license for reuse, modification, copying or any other use is granted or offered.
