10. The timer will begin as soon as you log in. The pop-up window that says you have "2 hours" to complete the exam DOES NOT PREVENT the clock from starting. In other words, not clicking on the "OK" button will have NO EFFECT on delaying the timer. A timer will count-down in the upper right hand corner of the exam, letting you know your remaining time.

12. If you do not pass the exam, you have the option of re-taking the exam by paying a $45 re-test fee. Click the link at the bottom of the results page for further instructions.

13. Upon successful completion of the exam, a formal certificate will be issued by the Energy Audit Institute and mailed to the shipping address you provided at time of purchase. Certificates are normally sent within 5-7 business days.
